Los alumnos y alumnos de 6º curso han traido a clase diferentes productos que usamos y consumimos diariamente donde podemos ver muchas palabras en inglés.
Students from 6th grade have brought, to class, some different products that we use and consume everyday. We can see many English words in them.

Bienvenida Erin.
Desde el pasado 1 de octubre contamos con la ayuda de Erin, nuestra auxiliar de conversación. Ella es de los Estados Unidos de América, concretamente de la ciudad de Denver, en el estado de Colorado.
Erin es una chica simpática, trabajadora y con mucha iniciativa. Los alumnos están muy motivados con sus clases y ella está siendo de gran ayuda para ellos. Erin está elaborando carteles en inglés y se está preocupando de acercar aspectos de la cultura americana a nuestros alumnos.

From October 1st we have the help of our language assistant, Erin. She is from the United States of America, specifically from the city of Denver, Colorado.
Erin is a nice girl, hardworking and with great initiative. Students are highly motivated with their classes and she is being a great help for them. Erin is also working on posters in English and she is showing and teaching some cultural aspects from U.S.A. to our students.

A bilingual school

Centro bilingüe.
Desde el pasado 1 de septiembre somos centro bilingüe . Actualmente nos encontramos en el año cero lo que conlleva la formación del profesorado para adquirir una competencia adecuada en lengua inglesa. Además, los maestros estamos elaborando cartelería en inglés para todas las aulas de primaria e infantil. Por último, durante este año cero, el claustro de profesores va a elaborar el Currículo Integrado de las Lenguas para el próximo curso escolar. Esto implica que el inglés no sólo será una lengua a estudiar sino que el propio ingles servirá para aprender contenidos de otras áreas.
No sólo aprender inglés sino aprender en ingles.

Bilingual school.
From September 1st we are bilingual school. We are now in the year zero which involves training teachers to acquire an adequate competence in English language. In addition, teachers are preparing posters in English to all primary and nursery classrooms. Finally, this year zero, the teacher´s staff will develop the Integrated Curriculum of Languages for the next school year. This means that English will not be just a language to be studied but a language that will be used as a vehicle to learn contents from other subjects.
Not only learn English but to learn in English.
